My boyfriend and I were looking for a dog and knew we wanted to adopt from a local shelter/ rescue. We began by searching online via Petfinder and found Cheska. There was no background information on her as she was privately surrendered, but once we saw her darling little face we couldn't resist. We contacted the fantastic staff at Stonecliff and they let us know someone had already put a deposit down on her, but to fill out application anyway. Our application was accepted and the morning of the adoption event, we went very early to hopefully see Cheska. No one else came to see her, so we were able to bring her home that same day! I would have to say adopting Cheska was the best decision we have ever made, she's the sweetest, most cuddly fur baby! ??She's very much a huge part of our lives, so we started an Instagram for her to spread the happiness!
