Kumi, a Formosan mountain dog, was found abandoned in a remote mountain at only ~3 months old. She was all alone and looking for garbage to eat. Mary (the rescuer) stopped her car and quietly moved toward her. Kumi went into the bushes so Mary waited patiently with a can of opened dog food. After a while, Kumi made her way out and Mary grabbed her back and was able to slip a leash over Kumi. We are so happy to have Mary rescue her and find her a loving home with us. Kumi is a happy, shy but energetic puppy and she will become a beautiful doggy.
