Floyd was originally a stray, but got picked up by PAWS and quickly got adopted. All was not well though. He got sick and his owners couldn't afford the medical bills. They returned him late one night as Floyd was too sick to walk, throwing up and generally in very bad shape. The med team at PAWS figured out he had Addison's disease, which is treatable, but can be expensive. Because of this Floyd remained at PAWS for another year or so, continuously being passed over because of his condition. When we saw him, he stole our hearts. He ran right into our arms and gave us vigorous doggie kisses. He hasn't stopped kissing us since. We call him the 'kissing bandit' and is the friendliest dog you'll ever meet. He loves snuggling with us, playing with his stuffed dragon and meeting new people. He brings a smile to everyone’s face, and we couldn’t be happier.
