This is the story of Finley. I adopted him in January, 2014 and he has easily been the best decision I have ever made. He was found in a dumpster in Puerto Rico, he was about 3 or 4 mths old. He was struck with distemper virus and lived in vet care for 8 mths. He was a tough pup and survived. He was shipped to Virginia and when I walked into Petsmart just to get an idea of a rescue dog, I knew he had to come home with me. He is approaching 2 yrs old and is incredibly loving. He lives in a high rise apt with a private dog park. Most of the residents in the building know this special pup and he greets everyone with a whole body wag and happy face. He is amazing with kids and loves other dogs and squirrels. I could not have dreamed any dog would be this great. The best things are the big hugs and puppy kisses I get every morning and evening.
