It took my sister and I years and years to convince my parents to get a dog. And when we FINALLY convinced them, we took to the internet and used PetFinder to find a dog to adopt. We instantly fell in love with Luke, a rescue dog from Tennessee who was found abandoned with his brothers and sisters too. He was brought up in a transport to Rhode Island, and we picked him up, with many other eager families waiting for their rescue dogs as well. He's almost 5 years old now, but he still has the rambunctious nature of a puppy, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
