Baby Howard was found wandering around on the streets of Brooklyn at 6 weeks of age. He was brought to ACC Brooklyn by a police officer and then turned over to one of their new hope partners LI Bulldog Rescue. I was called to volunteer as a foster family for him. It was love at first sight!!! We named him Baby Howard after Howard Stern who was a supporter of LI Bulldog Rescue and he followed in his namesake's footsteps as being the "Prince of Rescue Media" Baby Howard instantly became a spokesdog for the rescue and began working at events all throughout the city promoting awareness for rescue and adoption. He has been in the Daily News, Newsday, The Today Show 3 times, Lincoln Center performance of ANN to Benefit the Bulldogs, New World Stages, HGTV's Posh Pets with Beth Stern, and he now volunteers as a ROADIE for Rock & Rawhide an organization that collects toys, treats, and supplies for shelter animals to help raise their level of adoption.
