Fred was pulled from a shelter in West Virginia, little was known about his past, he sat there waiting and waiting. One day he was lucky enough to be spotted and pulled by the folks of See Spot Rescued all the way up in New Jersey! He was brought to a foster home, where he seemed to develop quite a personality but still it was not a home of his own. I was lucky enough to have family members who volunteer at See Spot Rescued and when I cam across his picture I knew he was the one. I knew I needed to save his life and give him a loving home. He was originally scheduled for a transport in February of 2014 but was able to be bumped up and was transported on January 17 and was officially adopted on January 18. Now Fred lives in the lap of luxury ( well as much as he can for New Jersey) he is surrounded by a big loving family, toys and bones. He was extremely underweight only weighing 44 pounds when we got him.
